Familiarisation Trip to Costa Rica

Kollaborations partnered with the Costa Rican Tourism Board, Proimagen, to deliver a large-scale familiarisation trip designed to showcase Costa Rica’s diverse tourism offering to 40 travel agents and tour operators from across Europe.

We managed the invitation process and coordinated travel logistics, ensuring a smooth journey from departure through to arrival in Costa Rica. Our team also escorted the group throughout the trip, providing on-the-ground support and maintaining a high-quality, seamless experience for all participants.

The itinerary was carefully curated to highlight Costa Rica’s key attractions and immersive experiences. Activities included boating excursions, zip-lining through the rainforest, guided hiking experiences, and a tour of a local coffee plantation. Each element was carefully selected to provide partners with a firsthand understanding of the country’s natural beauty, adventure tourism, and cultural heritage.
